2. Scope

This policy applies to visits to this website and to enquiries initiated through the contact details provided on it. Separate privacy information may apply to contractual relationships, recruitment, investor processes, due diligence, project data rooms or other specific processing activities.

3. Website access and server log data

When this website is accessed, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical data required to make the website available and maintain its security, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system, data volume and status information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; legitimate interests are secure, stable and efficient operation.

4. Hosting and technical service providers

Carefully selected hosting, IT-security, content-delivery and technical providers may receive technical access data as necessary. Processors are governed by Article 28 GDPR agreements.

5. Contact by email or telephone

Enquiry data are processed to respond to and manage the matter under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is retained for the matter and applicable commercial, tax, legal, project-documentation and limitation requirements.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, behavioural profiling or non-essential analytics. Where technically necessary storage of, or access to, information on a user’s device is required to provide the website or a function expressly requested by the user, this is carried out in accordance with Section 25(2) TDDDG. No consent-requiring cookies or similar technologies are currently used. If this changes, the relevant technology will only be activated after any legally required consent has been obtained, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed, where necessary for the purposes described above and on an applicable legal basis, to LTI group entities involved in handling an enquiry, hosting and IT service providers, professional advisers, and competent authorities or courts where legally required. Other recipients may be involved where this is necessary to respond to an enquiry or at the request of the person concerned.

8. International transfers

Transfers outside the EEA use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Retention

Data are retained only as long as required for purpose, statutory duties, contractual records, limitation periods, claims, regulatory requirements and legitimate project records.

10. Rights

Subject to legal conditions: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. No website data are used for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect data; no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
